RX-3 is an outboard hydroplane, powered by a 6-cylinder, 60 hp Mercury Mark 75, with which Hugh Entrop set a speed record of approx. 200 km / h in the 1958 International CLASS X. Our model is a semi-scale replica, the hull and cover are made of epoxy-GRP. The deck planking made of mahogany veneer is laser-cut precisely. The fixtures for servo mounts etc are also laser cut. A set of etched parts further enhances the model. With a 3S Lipo battery, the model reaches speeds of up to 55 km / h.
The kit contains: GRP hull and cover colored white, laser-cut wooden parts for deck planning and various fixtures, decals, small parts for linkage and expansion.
To start up the model you also need:
